General Terms
By booking photography services with Alissen Orrego / Allyvisualz LLC, the client agrees to the terms outlined below. These policies exist to ensure transparency, professionalism, and mutual understanding.

Bookings & Payments
All bookings are confirmed once full payment or an agreed-upon deposit is received. Dates are not secured until payment is made. Any remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of the shoot unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Client Responsibility & Athlete Participation
For sports photography, image quality and deliverables depend heavily on athlete participation and playing time. If an athlete is involved on the field for fewer than 10 minutes, it may be impossible to portray the athlete in the manner or quantity originally expected.

Limited playtime due to coaching decisions, substitutions, injuries, or game circumstances is outside of the photographer’s control.

Refund Policy
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

If an athlete participates on the field for fewer than 10 minutes and the client paid for a specific number of images, one-third (1/3) of the total payment will be refunded unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon in writing prior to the shoot.

No refunds will be issued for factors outside of the photographer’s control, including but not limited to weather, access restrictions, venue rules, limited playtime, or event delays.

Once images have been delivered, no refunds will be issued.

Image Rights & Ownership
All images captured remain the exclusive intellectual property of Allyvisualz LLC, even after client payment.

Clients receive a license to use the images for personal, promotional, or agreed-upon purposes only. Full ownership or exclusive rights are not transferred unless explicitly purchased and outlined in a written agreement.

Allyvisualz LLC retains 100% legal rights to all images unless the client has paid for ownership rights separately.

Usage by Allyvisualz LLC
Allyvisualz LLC reserves the right to use all images for marketing, portfolio display, social media, website content, editorial use, and any media outlets deemed appropriate, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to the shoot.

Image Editing & Delivery
All images are edited at the photographer’s discretion and reflect her creative style. Clients may not alter, filter, crop, or edit images without written permission.

Liability
Allyvisualz LLC is not responsible for circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to venue restrictions, limited access, athlete availability, rule changes, or environmental conditions that may affect coverage.
