Shipping policy

All services provided are photography-based and delivered digitally. No physical products are shipped.

Final edited images are delivered electronically via a private online gallery or digital download link to the email provided at booking. Delivery method and turnaround time are discussed prior to the shoot and may vary depending on the scope of the project.

Turnaround times are estimates and may be affected by project size, event duration, or unforeseen circumstances. I am not responsible for delays caused by incorrect contact information or technical issues outside of my control.

Once files are delivered, the client is responsible for downloading and backing up their images. I am not responsible for lost files after delivery, though re-delivery may be possible depending on file availability.

If physical products such as prints or other materials are agreed upon separately, shipping terms will be discussed in writing at that time.
