Refund policy
All services provided are photography-based and digital in nature. Because of this, returns are not applicable once a service has been completed and images have been delivered.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. My goal is always to deliver high-quality work and set clear expectations before every shoot.
For sports photography, final results depend heavily on athlete participation and playing time. If an athlete is involved on the field for fewer than 10 minutes during a game or event, it may be impossible to capture the athlete in the way or quantity originally expected. In this situation, one-third (1/3) of the total payment will be refunded, unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon in writing prior to the shoot.
No refunds will be issued for circumstances outside of my control, including but not limited to limited playing time, injuries, coaching decisions, weather conditions, venue restrictions, or event delays.
Once edited images have been delivered, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.
If a shoot needs to be rescheduled, I will do my best to accommodate based on availability, provided proper notice is given.
